Elaine is our Office Manager and has been the public face of Gold Star every weekday morning since 2001. She is C.P.R. and First Aid certified. She alone is in charge of maintaining our waiting lists, as so many of you have come to know her through your voicemail. She also is administrative coordinator for our birthday parties, and does a multitude of other clerical duties. One of her most appreciated traits is her overwhelming inclination to organize and clean – giving Gold Star a professional shine for everyone’s first impression through the front door. This neatness streak comes from her years as a mother. She has raised three children, and spent nine years shuttling them back and forth to gymnastics (at one of those other clubs). For four of these years she worked in the gym office. She is one of the main reasons our office runs so smoothly, as she relentlessly works to keep everything in its place while greeting each customer with patience and warmth. We feel extremely fortunate to have Elaine leading our office staff.
