Jessica A. started working at Gold Star in the fall of 2007,
but she been around gymnastics and coaching gymnastics all of her life. She
began gymnastics classes as a preschooler, and even when she switched her bar
grips for ballet shoes she continued to come to work with her mother, our own
fabulous Coach Joy. Jessica shows as much enthusiasm and dedication to the children
as her mother, and has mixed this with her own unique energy and style. Jessica
has been a dancer for the past decade and has performed in numerous dance concerts
at her school and for her studio in ballet, jazz, and hip hop. She has been
babysitting since middle school and showed off her comfort with children and
her confidence in leading a class from the moment she stepped on the gym floor.
Jessica is C.P.R. and First Aid Certified, and has been an amazing addition
to our Saturday morning staff.
