Jessica L. began teaching at Gold Star in the fall of 2007.
She coached at one of our other local clubs over the last four years, teaching
preschool through recreational classes, along with working in their summer camp
program and with the Girls Artistic Team up through Level 6. Jessica was a gymnast
herself competing to Level 8, and has continued to dance throughout high school.
Her work with children also includes being a highly sought after babysitter,
and a teacher’s assistant in a local preschool during the summers. Jessica’s
coaching experiences fit perfectly with our Gold Star philosophy. She knows
the sport intuitively and strives to help her students develop strong gymnastics
skills. She is a gentle, sweet person who is always kind to children. Since
she looks back on her days as a gymnast with the fondest of memories, each time
she walks in the building she is happy and enthusiastic to be the gym.
