Alycia started coaching at Gold Star in the fall of 2009, after becoming a member of the GSG Senior All-Star Cheer Team. She started taking gymnastics classes when she was a toddler and continued through elementary school. She began cheerleading in 6th grade and has won numerous awards for both team competitions and stunting, and has her U.S.A. Gymnastics Safety Certification. Before she started coaching, Alycia taught at cheer camps and babysat her cousins. These experiences gave her a quiet confidence when teaching our MiniStars on Saturday mornings. She has a kind and patient touch which has drawn these small gymnasts to her. We enthusiastically welcome Alycia to our teaching staff.
