Amyra began as a cheerleader at Gold Star in 2006, after almost a decade of training and competing as a Rhythmic gymnast. She competed through Level 10, just one step below the Olympic team, placed 6th in California at Level 8, and was a member of the German National Team. Amyra was hired to help with our Rhythmic classes, and quickly became a favorite teacher of our young students. Amyra’s bubbly nature and pure love of Rhythmic gymnastics wins over every child in her classes. Amyra has recently begun teaching in our camp program and we look forward to having her vivacious spirit infuse other aspects of Gold Star in future years.
