Cassidy began coaching at Gold Star in the spring of 2010, but has been on our cheer and hip hop teams since 2003.  Cassidy’s cheer teams have always qualified to Nationals, earning multiple titles.  Having wanted to coach since she was 9, Cassidy is the 4th sister of the Coates family to work for Gold Star. She is already living up to her family reputation, showing her natural ability with children through her shining enthusiasm.  Cassidy is professional beyond her years, is First Aid and CPR Certified. She is also currently coaching in our MiniStar program and helping with our beginner cheer classes and young teams.  She continues to be on three Gold Star Cheer and Dance teams, along with competing in solo and small group divisions.  Her energy and high spirit is just one reason we’re proud to call her our own.
