Krysteena began coaching at Gold Star in the fall of 2010, juggling training and teaching with her five-day a week team work-outs.  Krysteena has been a student at Gold Star since 2003, joining the competitive team in 2004, and has received her U.S.A. Gymnastics Safety Certification.  For Krysteena, Gold Star is her second home, and so who better to teach our young budding athletes how to love the sport than someone who has dedicated her young life to it?  As for us, we are thrilled to welcome another one of our gymnasts onto our staff, naturally teaching in our Gold Star style.  With a beaming smile on her face, a spring in her step, gymnastics skills and safety always at the forefront of her mind, we are proud to call Krysteena “coach”.
